Club History & Timeline
From humble beginnings in George Town to competing at the highest level in Cayman cricket — built on discipline, unity, and community passion.
CAYMAN SUPER KINGS
A VISION THAT STARTED BEFORE COVID
The story of Cayman Super Kings began with a vision shared by a few passionate individuals who believed that cricket could bring together a unique community on the Cayman Islands. Before COVID-19 changed the world, Gopal, Majin Paul, Christopher Balraj and Kiruba had already envisioned building a team made up of individuals who had moved to the Cayman Islands to pursue careers, build new lives, and grow professionally—but who also shared a deep love for cricket.
When life gradually returned to normal, the founders picked up where they had left off. In 2022, Cayman Super Kings was officially founded, bringing together players from different cricketing backgrounds. CSK played its first tournament in early 2023 and has continued competing ever since.
From the beginning, the team was built around more than just cricket. It was about creating a community—bringing people together, developing players, creating friendships, and giving talented individuals an opportunity to compete and improve.
With every season, new players join, existing players develop, new milestones are achieved, and the ambitions of the club continue to grow. The graph is only going up.
